This offers the freedom to work when and where you wish. It can range from day-to-day supply at different schools or one to two weeks work in one school usually covering courses or sickness.
Day to day supply is an excellent way to work in a variety of schools and can give you a good insight into how UK schools are run.
This type of work can also be very last minute i.e. on the day required or it may be pre-booked through in-service training days, planned leave and SATs cover.
It would suit an individual who wishes to have flexibility, variety in their working experience.
